These terms apply to mobile auto electrical work carried out by Bordoh Auto Tech across the Perth metropolitan area. They sit alongside, and do not limit, your rights under the law.
Where the work can be scoped up front we provide a quote before starting. For fault-finding, we diagnose first and explain the fault, the recommended fix and the cost before carrying out any repair. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; you receive a GST tax invoice.
We stand behind our work. If a fault is caused by our workmanship, we will return and put it right at no extra labour cost. This guarantee covers the specific work we performed; it does not cover unrelated or pre-existing faults, or new issues arising elsewhere in the vehicle.
Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you make a valid warranty claim on a faulty part. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. Customer-supplied parts are fitted at your request and are not covered by our parts warranty.
Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at the time of service. A GST tax invoice is provided for every job.
Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and someone is available at the booked time and location. If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the reasonable cost of having it re-supplied.
